Armored Vehicle Designer is a sandbox vehicle builder focused on the design and simulation of armored vehicles. The game allows players to modify the shapes and parameters of functional components such as ammo, engines, transmissions, wheels, guns and more

Balance your parts

Tweaking components is not just visual customization but a deep optimization process. Components are often interconnected, you can create a huge ammo casing, but most of the energy will be wasted if your gun barrel is too short! Every design decision comes with its drawback.

Build your hull

Construct your vehicle plate by plate. Armor interacts with projectiles in realistic ways, with penetration based on kinetic energy. Set plate thickness, adjust angles and watch how shots deflect.

How to run:

Extract the archive
Open the folder
Run Armored Vehicle Designer.exe

Troubleshooting:

"Missing data folder" → Make sure archive was extracted correctly.
"Windows protected your PC" → Confirm the source (e.g. Discord link), click "More info" → "Run anyway". This shows because the game is unsigned.

If it crashes, it's likely a GPU issue. Feel free to DM me your GPU model via Discord—it helps a lot.

This game is awesome! I really enjoyed the mechanic of building and customizing your own vehicle without overcomplicated limits. I also love how easy it is to modify ammo types and experiment with designs. I’m looking forward to seeing it on Steam and to future updates!

Hey, it's archive file. You have to extract it into some folder, then find the exe file inside the folder. No installer or anything is included, it works as is after extraction.

When i am in the "Tank gun editor" the tank gun itself falls down. When editing some values it's position resets back in place and instantly begins falling again.

I am playing the v0.0.7.3 - Windows version on a 2560x1080 screen *ultrawide.
My gpu is a 6750xt, in case you need the info.

I am not interested in joining your discord nor am i interested in joining anything else. Just thought sharing this would be good.

Thanks! A bit embarrasing issue, I was experimenting with rigidbodies and forgot to disable gravity in editor for guns.
